When prepping someone for pregnancy .. I might have them do caster oil packs, depending on whats going on with them . … the attached link explains how and why to do . I also suggest while doing it to lay with legs up the wall for 20 minutes and do deep slow belly breathing into your lower belly . Filling your whole belly up with oxygen and blood and exhaling , let everything relax , open and go . xL
