
While pregnant you are building a foundation for your child to grow from including their body , mind and spirit . The foods you eat literally feed your growing baby . You can build a weak foundation by feeding your baby fast , processed , hormone infested or non nutritious junk food. Or you can choice whole foods that actually feed your baby’s brain , bones , organs and cells such as organic , hormone free meats , fruits, vegetables, whole grains ….. The choice is yours , parenting begins in the womb . YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT AND YOUR CHILD WILL GROW FROM WHATEVER YOU DECIDE TO FEED THEM .
