Relieve constipation during pregnancy with this easy to make and very tasty little poop cocktail .
Blend together
4 pitted stewed prunes ( soak prunes in water or apple juice over night )
2 cups ( or more depending on thickness you desire ) of Apple juice
1 tablespoon of psyllium husk or bran ( if bran soak in apple juice or water until soft before blending )
1 teaspoon of spirulina
Drink an 8-12 oz glass of water right away

after drinking …
*You can also add less juice and make it more of a mush that you eat and if you want try heating up the juice and prunes
