HEART BURN / INDIGESTION – ( remedies for pregnancy )

–    Eat small meals frequently

–    CHEW, CHEW, CHEW your food and do it slowly.

–    Eat an apple

–    Do not lie down after eating a meal.

–    Do yoga and meditation to help calm, balance and ground.
