My  number #1 fertility yoga pose

LOVE this pose !!!! Not only does it calm the nervous system but it also nourishes your pelvic region by flooding the whole area with blood .Also great to do after having sex when trying to conceive or thru the first trimester to help prevent miscarriage .

Find a wall space …

Place either a bolster , a few folded blankets or a couple of pillows a few inches from the wall .

Lay with you legs up the wall for 10-20 min 2 times a day .

During this time you can deep belly breathe into your uterus and pelvic area, inhaling healing energy , peace ,calm and your baby then exhaling as your whole body relaxes any stress, blocks , past disappointments or tension that you might be holding in that area.

 

Arms are open to receive , surrender and allow healing .
