Some foods high in Vitamin C are :

All citrus fruits
Orang juice
sweet potatoes
Strawberries
Tomatoes
Red peppers
Broccoli
Kiwi
Mangos
rasberries

Do not exceed 1,000 Mgs if taking as a non food base .
