My friend Desi Bartlett ( An amazing prenatal yoga teacher at exhale in venice ,ca. ) gave me an awesome tip – While doing these poses Desi suggests to defuse in air or place a few drops of peppermint oil in a humidifier and breathe the oil deep into the stomach .

I’m impressed, I must say. Rarely do I encounter a blog that’s both equally educative and entertaining, and let me tell you, you’ve hit the nail on the head. The problem is something which not enough folks are speaking intelligently about. I’m very happy I found
this in my hunt for something relating to this.
