1. Every morning when you wake up, think of at least 5 things you are the most grateful for about your life.
2. Every night before bed think of at least 5 things that you were the most grateful about that day .
3. If you have children do this with them too , you will see what is important to them ( Get ready … your heart will melt from some of the beautiful things they say ) Doing this with them helps plants seeds to live gratefully and appreciate their life right from the start .
