Reclining Hero Pose
This pose is great for morning sickness , heartburn and constipation too . Reclining hero pose lifts the diaphragm off the stomach .
first come into a kneeling position with your knees hips distance apart .
slowly begin to lower your butt to the floor in-between your heels .
Lower your upper body backwards to floor and bring your arms over head . I personally like and find it more gentler on my body to use a yoga bolster or if you don’t have one then a few pillows are fine .
Stay in this pose for 1-3 minutes.
Make sure to use your arms not your belly to push yourself up when coming out .
Come into child’s pose for a few seconds or minutes. you can place the pillows or bolster under you for support .
