Yesterday while browsing the internet on my quest for quotes to post and inspire , I came across one about how this present moment is the only place where life really exists . I pondered on this for a while and thought about how many times I worried ( and have seen many of my fertility , pregnancy and new mommy clients worry ) so much about what could happen or kept the past alive by holding onto it that we were completely not in the here and now . This present moment is all there really is . The past is gone and the future hasn’t happened yet ,It’s in what you do right now that is setting the foundation for your future to unfold . I remember someone telling me 90% of the things you worry about never happen so why stress your self out about the what if’s ? Why bring your past into the now ? It’s gone and over , everything that has happened to you was a staircase to get you to the now . Take the lessons you learned as they are the gifts , apply them to the now and from this you will see it was all just a road for your future is to be built on. If you find yourself going back there to the past or forward to what hasn’t happened bring yourself back to your breath , feel your feet grounded on this earth , take a look around , smell , listen and notice this present moment . Be here now as it is all there really is .
