A study taken by a  team of researchers from the University of Pennsylvania and University of Rochester –  found that cherries, particularly tart cherries, naturally boosted the body’s supply of melatonin, which helped people with insomnia.  Cherries or cherry juice  are also high in antioxidants that stimulates cell growth in your growing baby , high in vitamin C to help strengthen your immune system and  an anti inflammatory helping soothe soreness due to muscle and joint pain.
