Floating – takes the stress off your pregnant body

Are you in your last trimester and having some Back pain , joint pain swelling , groin / pelvic pressure or pain or feeling hot and overheated ? I have a bunch of moms to be who are having their babies late spring /summer .. They are all in their last trimester and experiencing some of the above … Plus we are having a major heatwave here in LA .. Not pleasantest especially when VERY pregnant ! The homework I have given them to keep comfortable is to go float and swim …. floating in a pool or body of water will help take the weight off your body , stress off of your bones and joints , relieve pressure and will help cool you down .
