why I LOVE yoga for fertility , pregnancy , birth and after ….

I am a BIG fan of doing yoga during pregnancy as well as before and afterwards . Yoga is wonderful for fertility and if you are trying to conceive , it opens your body up , frees toxins , increases blood flow to stagnant areas of your body and calms the nervous system . Many studies have proven the calmer you are during pregnancy the calmer your #baby is .Yoga helps create a #peaceful state of being as well as a tranquil environment for your growing baby to thrive in . Prenatal yoga also helps prepare your body for labor , relieves tightness and tension , allows you to go within and bond with your baby and an added bonus is you to be in the company of and connect with like minded pregnant women and new moms .
