Some of my clients have been getting carpal tunnel especially in the last trimester of pregnancy . It tends to happen more often with those using computers or texting / emailing from their phone a lot . It’s a numbness , tingling in your fingers and hand because of the pressure on the median nerve in your wrist . Doing These stretches ( that my amazing trainer Fred Engelfried gave me ) daily will prevent and help if you have . You can also try wearing a wrist guard at night and applying ice to your wrist for 10 minutes every half hour when inflamed .
