DIVINE TIMING

I have been working with a lot of  young woman with unexplained fertility lately . They have had all the tests and according to the doctors everything looks and is woking great . So why aren’t they getting pregnant ? Well I have my own spiritual theories on this and a lot I feel has to do with a thing called divine timing  …. You can’t push something to be that isn’t ready to be . We have all done it at some point its like swimming up a roaring river against the current  when and if  you finally get there you mostly will be exhausted ,stressed and on some level or area it  tends to backfire .

I read this poem on a blog recently , loved it and wanted to share it with you all –

To everything there is a season,
and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

A time to be born, and a time to die;
a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;

A time to kill, and a time to heal;
a time to break down, and a time to build up;

A time to weep, and a time to laugh;
a time to mourn, and a time to dance;

A time to cast away stones,
and a time to gather stones together;
a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;

A time to get, and a time to lose;
a time to keep, and a time to cast away;

A time to rend, and a time to sew;
a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;

A time to love, and a time to hate;

There is a time for everything and sometimes just because you are ready and wanting a baby now doesn’t mean that your baby is ready to be born just yet . You have your own timing so does this little soul that you are wanting to bring into the world .

 Trusting the universes timing is not an easy thing to do !! It requires a lot of patience and  trust that there is a higher power and a natural order at work  . It is super hard when you want something so badly and it isn’t happening . I am not saying stop trying , maybe just let go a little and surrender a bit to God . Keep taking the steps to do all you can do and trust it will happen and unfold just when and how it is all meant to .

When anyone under goes fertility  and  month after month of let downs it obviously starts to take a toll on you . It can have a domino affect where the stress of it not happening can begin to shut you down even more which enhances infertility  . I worked with a girl the other day that the doctors said everything looked great and that they were just worried about her stress level .  I was like AWESOME this  is great news !  This we can work with and this is something you can control this by learning how to manage it . It isn’t like she wasn’t making eggs , or was in menopause she was just stressed . We did some breath work and meditation , gave her tools to work with her emotions , had her integrate things that nurture her and make her feel good back into her life , re connected her with faith, trust and divine timing and had her focus and put her energy on what doors were opening and what was flowing for her in this moment in time . We also worked with staying present ; I gave her a generous 2 month window to play with , if her mind wondered past January I had her bring it back to now and reminded her that what was happening today was creating her tomorrow .

While you still take the steps to have a baby make sure you do things that nurture and de- stresses you . Focus on what is working in your life instead of what isn’t happening yet . What happens when you feed something ? It grows … If all you talk about and spend all your energy and time on , why you aren’t getting pregnant it will consume you , depress you ,take over your life and stress you out . Put energy on what is working and flowing in the present moment . This is where you are meant to be right now , you might not like it , but all as is it should be. Each moment in time is a stepping stone taking you where you are meant to go . In my transformational healing class I always say let go of the future you are creating it right now in this present moment . I invite you right now to take a look at this present moment  and notice whats going on. what needs your attention, what area of your life needs some work and balance and where can you integrate yourself back into your life and reconnect with trust and faith that all will happen in the divine order and time as it should ?
