It’s great for breakfast or an afternoon snack plus easy and quick as can be to make. I’m obsessed w them!!!! My friend Jamie and I added some good antioxidants to make them taste better and more nutritious. We changed the already fabulous muffins by adding goji , mulberries and blue berries  ,crushed walnuts ,an extra pack of stevia, a bit of pomegranate powder mixed into the flax  and  a teaspoon of vanilla .Try topping it with earth balance butter spread and a natural strawberry jelly ! To die for yummy and filling! They are so clean, full of antioxidants and totally feeds the brain!  Cook for a minute instead of 50 seconds if u add all the extra good stuff … X

I found this re-designed receipt for the famous mug muffins – I’ll try it tomorrow. Today I added protein powder, cocoa, and honey instead of stevia and it tasted better

I would rather not cook things in the microwave. Any suggestions for cooking in a conventional oven?
